The use of flight recordings as a training aid for precision aerobatics is growing in popularity, with many pilots routinely logging their flights, analysing them in three dimensional visualisation tools and submitting their data for automated scoring and online competitions. This paper advances the development of Flight Coach Score (FCScore), a configurable automatic judging system that segments recorded flight data and assigns downgrades according to the criteria set out in aerobatic competition rulebooks. Building on earlier work, a set of flight tests was conducted in August 2025 with an Extra 300L aerobatic aircraft to refine the scoring of the spin and snap roll principal elements. The paper details the implementation of these elements within the judging process, introduces a novel excitation downgrade which is used to stabilise the incremental element boundary adjustment, and compares automated downgrades with manual assessments of the test dataset. Results show that FCScore reliably detects intentional errors, whilst avoiding significant penalties for variations on execution that are not downgrade-worthy. Limitations of the current dataset and a lack of independent human judge calibration data are identified, motivating further work to be facilitated by the FCScore flight data sharing database and the Acrowrx visualisation environment.
