The data for the paper "Spin-Orbit Geometry of AU Mic b and c from Back-to-Back Transits Observed Contemporaneously with Magellan PFS, LCOGT, and CHEOPS". This dataset includes the PFS overall RVs, PFS RVs for each chunk, time series of the emission fluxes of the Ca II H&K lines and the $\rm H_\alpha$ line from PFS spectra, CHEOPS light curves, LCOGT light curves for the transit of AU Mic c, LCOGT long-term stellar variability monitoring, and Einstein Probe (EP) X-ray time series. In the "PFS" folder, "HD197481_PFS.vels" records the PFS overall RVs. "hd197481_kludge.dat" contains PFS RVs for each chunk, with the key of "SVEL" in the subset of "vdarr". This file can be read using scipy.io.readsav in Python. "t_BJD_PFS.txt" records the time of each RV in BJD_TDB, which is slightly different from the local time recorded in "HD197481_PFS.vels". In the CHEOPS folder, the file "CH_PR140071_TG002207_TU2024-08-24_Raw.dat" contains four columns: BJD_TDB, Instrumental Flux, Error of Instrumental Flux, and roll angle of the telescope. The file "CH_PR140071_TG002207_TU2024-08-24_remove-outliers.txt" contains the light curve after outlier rejection based on the roll angle. The fourth column notes the flares identified visually. The "transit_posterior" and "RM_posterior" folders contain the .csv files of the posteriors from the transit and RM model fits, recording the median values and 1$\sigma$ errors for each parameter.
