The LEMON dataset comprises resting-state EEG recordings from 215 healthy participants (153 young adults aged 20-35 years and 74 older adults aged 59-77 years) from the Leipzig Study for Mind-Body-Emotion Interactions. Participants performed alternating eyes-open and eyes-closed blocks (~60 seconds each) over approximately 16 minutes of continuous recording using a 62-channel BrainVision actiCHamp system sampled at 2500 Hz. This dataset provides a valuable resource for investigating age-related differences in resting-state brain oscillations and functional connectivity.
