This record contains the preprint of the manuscript “Chromosome‑scale genome assembly reveals the triploid chromosome architecture of the apomictic, stress‑adapted species Boechera sierraensis (Brassicaceae)”. The study presents the first haplotype‑resolved, chromosome‑scale genome assembly of the apomictic triploid species B. sierraensis, fully resolving its three parental subgenomes and characterizing their structural, repetitive, and epigenomic landscapes.
