A guide to selecting renewable high-performing antibodies for Slit-1 for use in western blot and immunoprecipitation

Here we have characterized nine Slit-1 commercial antibodies for western blot and immunoprecipitation using a standardized experimental protocol based on comparing read-outs in knockout cell lines and isogenic parental controls.
