Le résumé fourni par la source
We demonstrate a hyperspectral imaging system employing an air-gap cavity as a wavelength-tunable filter. Unlike conventional Fabry-Pérot filters, the air-gap cavity filter offers a significantly broader tuning range, spanning from visible to infrared. Its simple design and wide spectral coverage provide a promising route toward compact, broadband hyperspectral imaging platforms.
