In the version of this article initially published, there was a labelling error in Fig. 3h, where in the terms now reading, top-down, as “Carbohydrate; Lipid; Protein”, lipid and protein were originally interchanged. In addition, Isha Mehta and Jishnu Das (Department of Immunology, University of Pittsburgh and Department of Computational & Systems Biology, University of Pittsburgh) were originally listed with only one departmental affiliation, and in the Acknowledgements, thanks for the Marks-Tang Scholar Award was missing. The figure and text are now amended in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
