Le résumé fourni par la source

To mitigate the armature capture effect in multistage reconnection electromagnetic launch (MREL) and address the issues of prolonged acceleration time and large velocity fluctuations in single-pole armatures, a connecting-rod armature (CRA) is proposed in this article. Finite element simulations (FESs) comparing three triggering strategies show that under the compensated strategy, the CRA experiences only one deceleration fluctuation of 3.81% and achieves the highest exit velocity. On the contrary, the simultaneous strategy results in a 20.72% deceleration fluctuation, while the traditional step-by-step strategy shows two fluctuations of 23.25% and 4.76%, respectively. To further achieve continuous multistage acceleration, the external circuit topology is optimized based on the structural characteristics of the CRA, enabling the second-coil pair to perform two successive charge–discharge cycles. Compared with traditional approaches, the compensated strategy significantly weakens the armature capture effect and enables continuous, rapid, and low-fluctuation acceleration. Finally, the reliability of the simulation results is verified through experiments.
