Under the guidance of intelligent data, the collaborative development of media practice teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied undergraduate colleges has become an important way to improve students’ comprehensive abilities. This study constructs a four-dimensional ability index system of practical ability, collaborative ability, innovative output ability, and learning sustainability by collecting learning behavior data, creative behavior data, and project result data, and proposes a calculation model for the comprehensive ability index and the coupling degree between teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship. The results show that the average completion rate of practical tasks for 60 students was 87.3% for video production, 85.7% for graphic design, and 87.1% for media planning, with a comprehensive score of 86.9; the average number of interactions in team collaboration was 14.8 times per week, the collaboration quality score was 87.3, and the collaboration efficiency was 90.5%; the average completion rate of innovation and entrepreneurship projects was 88.6%, the achievement transformation rate was 81.2%, and the innovation score was 86.9. The high coupling degree (average 0.945) indicates that practical teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education have formed an effective synergy, providing data support for the optimization of educational resources and personalized teaching.
