This registration contains the protocol for an international, web-based survey of ICU doctors designed to assess their willingness to randomise adult ICU patients to liberal versus restrictive platelet transfusion thresholds across a range of clinically relevant scenarios. These scenarios include non-bleeding patients, patients undergoing invasive procedures, and patients with varying degrees of bleeding severity.
