This record contains processed data and figure source data associated with the manuscript entitled “Hydrogeological setting shapes the functional staging and vertical structure of synergistic microbial populations during hydrocarbon degradation”. The uploaded files include processed intermediate analysis outputs and figure input/source files used to support the main-text and supplementary figures. These materials are intended to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the analyses reported in the manuscript.
