Le résumé fourni par la source

Three paths for the NiAl2O4 synthesis using the solution combustion synthesis (SCS) method (or xerogel combustion synthesis) have been proposed: 1) solid-phase reaction between the xerogel combustion product (XCP) from nickel nitrate (NN) with the addition of citric acid (CA) as fuel [XCP(N)] and Al2O3; 2) solid-phase reaction between NiO and XCP from aluminium nitrate + CA [XCP(А)]; 3) combustion of xerogel obtained from nitrates Ni and Al [XCP(NА)]. In this part of the work, XCP(N) was obtained based on NN (oxidizer) and CA (reducing agent). The combustion product was characterized by X-ray phase, thermal, IR spectral analysis, scanning electron microscopy, etc. By X-ray diffractometry it was established that the combustion of a stoichiometric mixture of NN and CA led to the formation of a mixture of nickel oxide and nickel metal. With the help of energy dispersion analysis, the relationship between these products was established. It was shown that it was possible to obtain pure nickel oxide by reducing the fuel content (CA) and introducing an additive of hydrogen peroxide. This result can be also obtained by annealing at 500 °C. Measuring the temperature during combustion made it possible to determine its maximum value Tmax. Thermal and IR spectral analysis revealed the incompleteness of the redox reaction in the combustion process, and also confirmed the Тmax value. The composition of gaseous products released during combustion was analyzed. The addition of H2O2 to the reaction mixture contributed to the acceleration of the redox reaction by ~ 1.4 times and an increase in the developing temperature by 40 °C. SEM images of the obtained combustion products without annealing and after it were analyzed. For citation: Filatova N.V., Artyushin A.S., Kosenko N.F., Pavlova K.A., Nikandrova A.G.
