Aim: To describe the demographics of the population attending a community based specialist service for older adults. To present the proportion of patients who experienced an Unscheduled Event (UE) after assessment. To quantify how many UEs were experienced by this population. To estimate mean TSAH prior to first UE from the time of first review by the ICPOP team.
