Résumé fourni par la source

Abstract A Susceptible-Infected-Quarantined-Recovered model incorporating general incidence rates and heterogeneous diffusion rates was formulated to explore the spatial propagation dynamics of infectious diseases. First, the existence and uniqueness of global solutions are established. By leveraging operator semigroup theory and spectral analysis, the basic reproduction number R 0 was rigorously defined. Secondly, it was proved that when R 0 < 1, the disease-free steady-state solution is globally asymptotically stable, whereas when R 0 > 1, the endemic steady-state solution is uniformly persistent. Both theoretical and numerical findings reveal that regulating population mobility and diminishing the contact frequency between susceptible and infected individuals can effectively curb the dissemination of infectious diseases.
