Carbon flux, bathymetry and vertical profile data collected with the BlueMinerva at Dagow Lake, Germany

The datasets were collected with the BlueMinerva, an autonomous measurement platform for carbon flux (CO₂ and CH₄), bathymetry, physicochemical and biological observations. The measurements were taken at Dagow Lake in northeastern Germany (Latitude: 53.1514°N, Longitude: 13.0543°E) from May 13-16, 2025. Carbon fluxes were determined with the static chamber method on the water surface from linear fits to the concentration changes over time. The data package consists of: BlueMinerva_README_Dagow.csv: Documentation of variable metadata and units BlueMinerva_Fluxes_Dagow.csv: Spatially resolved CO₂ and CH₄ fluxes (calculated from chamber data) with averaged ancillary data BlueMinerva_Profile_Dagow: Vertical depth profile BlueMinerva_Bathymetry_Dagow.nc: Interpolated bathymetry map (generated from spatially distributed water depth measurements)
