Le résumé fourni par la source
This study proposes a virtual reality-based three-dimensional digital operation platform to address the increasing complexity of power systems and the growing demand for digitalization in substation maintenance. A virtual substation environment was developed using 3D modeling and the Unity 3D virtual engine, enabling simulations of equipment disassembly, dynamic fault diagnosis, and the visualization of the maintenance process. An AI assistant, powered by a large language model, was integrated to provide real-time question-and-answer services, enhancing user interactivity. Empirical analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) identified key factors influencing user adoption. The results indicate that high content quality in the VR system positively affects users' perceived usefulness and ease of use, both of which, in turn, significantly enhance their intention to adopt the VR system. This study not only introduces virtual reality technology into substation maintenance, detailing system components, key technologies, and assessment methods, but also bridges the gap in integrating AI assistants and virtual reality within power engineering, offering new insights into the design of VR-based applications.
