This repository contains the full suite of economic models and analytical code for the de novo health technology assessment (HTA) of a Target Product Profile (TPP)-compliant point-of-care test (POCT) for neonatal sepsis in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).The analysis evaluates two distinct clinical pathways: a facility-of-birth cohort (c1) and a community-presenting cohort (c2). The models are calibrated to 2024 US Dollars (US$) using a mixed methodology for tradable and nontradable resources, ensuring relevance for international donors and local health ministries.
