Data for "β-Arrestin Condensates Regulate G Protein-Coupled Receptor Function" for all Figures and Extended Data Figures. .czi files - Confocal images that can be opened in ZEN or ZEN lite software from Zeiss. .pzf and .pzfx files - GraphPad prism files. .tiff and .jpg files - Images files. For PicoReader analysis, Image Xpress Pico Automated Cell Imaging System (Molecular Device; version 3) was used. Confocal images were obtained using Zeiss 880: ZEN Blue. Pharmacological data from plate readers was obtained with Agilent Gen5 (Biotek; version 3.12). Raw data was exported to Excel (Microsoft version 16.106.2 ) Standard statistical testing was performed using Graph Pad Prism 11.0. Confocal Images were visualized using lmageJ. Spatial localization of B arrestin and GPCRs was quantified using line scan analysis in lmageJ (NIH; version l.54f). Condensates were quantified on a per cell basis ona single optical plane using the Surfaces module in lmaris (Bitplane; version 10. 2). Analysis of droplet-promoting regions was performed by FuzDrop (https://fuzdrop.bio.unipd.it/predictor).
