This paper is concerned with studying the Theory of Moral Education by Minoru Murai from the viewpoint of human beings and the thought of school moral education based on two structures in “The Theory of Moral Education”published by him in 1981. First of all, I examine the viewpoint of human beings thought by him.This is the most important fundamental issue that we should think about the problem of moral education. Secondly, I consider the relationship between the structure of “Goodness” and the Structure of “Practical Threefold Syllogism”. Thirdly, based on these two structures, I examine the subjects about school moral education and moral class”.
