This dataset contains the processed input files required to run an interactive Streamlit-based data browser for exploring cis- and trans-regulatory variation in gene expression at single-cell resolution across multiple mouse tissues and genetic backgrounds. The data were generated from single-nucleus RNA-sequencing experiments spanning eight tissues and multiple genetically distinct mouse strains, including founder strains and F1 hybrids. Gene-level regulatory effects (cis, trans, cis×trans, and conserved) were inferred using allele-specific expression (ASE) in combination with parental expression differences, following a statistical framework implemented in XgeneR (binomial and generalized linear model-based testing).
