This document presents graphs comparing the modeling of QTc changes using the one-step QTc model to conventional methods of individual QT correction. The comparison was carried out on a large number of drugs (51 studies), most of them hERG blocking drugs (90%). The aim was to apply the same statistical method and criteria in these preclinical studies as in clinical thorough QT studies (TQT).
