This repository provides the code and supporting materials required to reproduce the analyses presented in the study titled “The Impact of Population Ageing on Temperature-Related Mortality Projections in the Czech Republic.” 01. Code_ExposureResponse.R – This script outlines the analytical workflow for the first and second stages of modelling. It requires access to daily mortality data (not publicly available due to usage restrictions) as well as ERA5 temperature data. 02. Code_ClimateProjections.R – This script implements the third-stage modelling and processes attributable fractions and attributable numbers. It allows users to replicate all processing and outputs from the manuscript. Note: Comprehensive comments and step-by-step explanations are included within the scripts to guide users through the analysis.
