Abstract To address the issues of cracking and leakage in high-pressure tunnels during both construction and operation periods, this paper investigates the optimization and application of CW modified epoxy resin grouting material, high-pressure chemical grouting equipment, and construction techniques. In response to the problems of traditional epoxy grouting materials, such as easy explosive polymerization at high temperatures and poor permeability, a CW modified epoxy resin grouting material with high compressive strength, excellent permeability, and environmental friendliness has been prepared through molecular structure regulation. Meanwhile, a high-pressure chemical grouting pressure-regulating system based on PLC control has been developed to precisely and dynamically adjust the grouting pressure. Key construction parameters were determined through on-site tests to ensure grouting quality and safety. This technology has been applied in several pumped-storage power stations in Guangdong Province, demonstrating its effectiveness in reinforcing surrounding rock and enhancing seepage prevention.
