The data was collected in Rzecin peatland (52°45′43″N, 16°18′35″E; 56 m a.s.l.) by thermohygrometers, anemometer, rain gauge, TD Diver, Piccolo Doppio spectroradiometer and FluorPen fluorescence-meter in an experiment with peatland vegetation monocultures. The file Meteo contains the data characterising the meteorological conditions at half-hourly timestep at the site during the measurement year of 2024. The file Water table level contains hourly values of the water table level at the site in 2024. The file Piccolo Doppio contains the reflectance and sun-induced fluorescence data measured by the Piccolo Doppio spectroradiometer system. The data was processed using R and MATLAB codes. The files OJIP curves and Fluorpen parameters contain chlorophyll fluorescence transient curves and parameters calculated from them, respectively. The parameters were calculated automatically by the equipment during the measurement.
