Processed Single-Nucleus RNA-seq Data of Rat Hippocampus (Pretangle Tau Model) This dataset provides processed single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) data from the hippocampus of *Rattus norvegicus* in a pretangle tau model of Alzheimer’s disease. The data have been pre-processed and curated for downstream analyses such as clustering, differential gene expression (DEG), and functional enrichment.
