In our manuscript we present a collection of 1100 synthetic benchmark problems for dynamic modeling of cellular processes. They have been generated by a realistic simulation algorithm and are based on 22 experimental modeling problems from systems biology. Here, we archive the current status of our repository. It contains: The problem generating algorithm to generate novel benchmark problems. This code is an extension to the Data2Dynamics toolbox (https://github.com/Data2Dynamics). The collection of 1100 synthetic benchmarks. All analysis scripts for the publication.
