Le résumé fourni par la source
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a highly heritable neurodevelopmental condition with a complex polygenic architecture and an unclear etiology. Human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), which retain the donor's genetic background, provide a powerful model to study patient-specific cellular phenotypes in polygenic disorders. We therefore generated iPSCs from an adult with ADHD and a neurotypical control. Both lines exhibit high genomic stability, express key pluripotency-associated markers, and demonstrate trilineage differentiation potential and absence of mycoplasma contamination. These well-characterized iPSC lines provide a valuable resource for investigating ADHD pathophysiology and for identifying novel drug targets to advance therapeutic development.
