Common symptoms such as fatigue, dyspnea, anxiety, and depression can markedly impair health-related quality of life (HRQOL). Conventional rehabilitation may be insufficient, raising interest in Adapted Physical Activity (APA) as a non-pharmacological strategy to improve physical and psychological outcome.
