Spatial transcriptomic analysis of two patient samples with Salivary Gland Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma (SACC) at different disease stages revealed overlapping spatial expression patterns of SWI/SNF components, NTC factors, and m6A-associated genes. Overall, our results provide novel evidence that combined alterations in chromatin remodeling, RNA methylation, and splicing mechanisms are involved in the pathogenesis and progression of SACC, pointing to potential new therapeutic strategies.
