The Role of Administrative Law in Ensuring Human Welfare

The presented work is aimed at exploring the role and importance of administrative law in the context of ensuring human well-being. The study analyzes the revision of approaches to defining the system and content of public relations in the field of administrative and legal regulation. Also, the role of administrative law in ensuring human well-being is considered from the point of view of the impact of the processes of digitalization of public administration and the introduction of the principle of human-centricity. According to the author, institutions of administrative law, such as state control, legality in public administration, organization of public administration in various fields, and administrative justice, play a key role in ensuring human well–being.
