OSYRIS is an open source systematic reviews integrated system, that streamlines all tasks to carry out systematic reviews. It is based on Zotero, KoboToolbox and R. The files in this record contain the MS Excel workbook, with the XLSForm for data extraction, including the key sheets for its functionality ('settings', 'survey' and 'choices'), as well as a sheet with generic text and another sheet with protocol information, used to populate some items in 'survey'. There are also additional files, which have to be uploaded to the 'media' folder in the KoboToolbox form space.
