In the article entitled “A Multicenter Study of Intertrochanteric and Pertrochanteric Fragility Fractures: Spanning Fixation Mitigates the Risk of Peri-Implant Fractures” (JBJS 2025;107[15]:1709-16), by Murphy et al., there were errors on pages 1709 and 1715. Specifically, the text on page 1709 that had previously read “Michael P. Murphy, MD, Kaden M. Kunz, BS, Patrick Mark, BS, Madeline Tiee, MD, Bailey Johnson, MD, Hobie Summers, MD, Joseph Cohen, MD, and William D. Lack, MD” should have read “Michael P. Murphy, MD, Kaden M. Kunz, BS, Patrick Mark, BS, Jacob Tadje, MD, Madeline Tiee, MD, Bailey Johnson, MD, Hobie Summers, MD, Joseph Cohen, MD, and William D. Lack, MD”. Also, the author list on page 1715 that had not included the addition of “Jacob Tadje, MD2” should have included “Jacob Tadje, MD2” between “Patrick Mark, BS1” and “Madeline Tiee, MD1”. The article has been updated online.
