Coastal communities face increasing challenges from climate change, extreme weather events, and fluctuating water levels. At the same time, traditional monitoring methods lack the temporal resolution and spatial detail needed for effective hazard response. Therefore, we propose a conceptual framework combining state-of-the-art reconstruction algorithms with immersive VR/MR visualization dashboards to address these critical monitoring gaps. Our methodology integrates UAV imagery with LiDAR and multispectral sensors, generating centimeter-scale, high-resolution 3D models of shorelines, wetlands, and infrastructure with significantly reduced processing time, enabling frequent monitoring of erosion patterns, flood risks, and infrastructure vulnerability. The proposed methodology addresses key limitations of existing approaches through algorithmic innovation and immersive visualization, with preliminary validation using synthetic datasets demonstrating the feasibility of our approach and practical effectiveness. Our open-access toolkit supports automated workflows and scalable deployment, offering broader impacts for coastal resilience applications across diverse geographic regions.
