Le résumé fourni par la source
This study focuses on the normal pressure characteristics of the transition section of the tubular belt conveyor. Through theoretical derivation and finite element simulation, the normal pressure distribution law of the idlers in the transition section under different influencing factors is deeply analyzed. The research established an accurate calculation model for the normal pressure of different idler groups, constructed a finite element model of the conveyor belt—idler group, and systematically discussed the influence of factors such as the idler arrangement form, the lap length of the conveyor belt, and the height of the rollers on the normal pressure of the idler. The research results show that when the 6/0 type idler arrangement form, the lap length of the conveyor belt is 1/3D, and the height of the rollers is zero adopted, the contact force on each idler group is smaller, which helps to improve the stability of the operation of the tubular belt conveyor, reduce the wear between the conveyor belt and the idler group, and increase the service life. This research provides a theoretical basis for the design optimization of the transition section of the tubular belt conveyor and has significant guiding significance for improving the overall operational performance of the conveyor.
