Research on the synergistic mechanism of sports talent training and city brand in colleges and universities based on data-driven

This study focuses on the synergistic development mechanism of sports talent training and city brand construction in colleges and universities, and uses data-driven methods to explore the interactive relationship between the two. Through literature analysis, questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, the data of sports talent training and city brand indicators in colleges and universities in multiple cities were collected and analyzed. The study found that high-quality sports talent training can significantly enhance the influence of city brands, and a good city brand image can also feedback the allocation of sports education resources in colleges and universities. Based on this, this paper constructs a "college sports talent training-city brand" synergistic development model, and proposes specific measures such as data sharing platform, talent exchange mechanism, and event hosting cooperation. The research results show that establishing a data sharing mechanism between colleges and cities, optimizing sports talent training programs, and strengthening industry-university-research cooperation can effectively promote the synergistic development of sports talent training and city brands in colleges and universities. This study provides new ideas and practical guidance for the reform of college sports education and city brand construction, which is of great significance to promoting a strong sports country and sustainable development of cities.
