The dataset creat_new_20_01_2026 corresponds exclusively to the database used in the production of the associated scientific article. It includes the information necessary to reproduce the statistical and epidemiological analyses presented in the manuscript, including demographic, clinical, and laboratory variables, as described in the corresponding codebook. The codebookcreat repository consists of the data dictionary associated with this dataset, containing detailed descriptions of the variables, conceptual definitions, formats, units of measurement, categories, coding schemes, and criteria for missing values. The codebook was developed with the objective of ensuring correct interpretation of the data.
