Objectives: In Traditional Korean Medicine (TKM) oncology settings, the lack of a standardized set of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) hinders the synthesis and comparison of clinical outcomes. This study aimed to review and characterize existing PROMs to identify a suitable and practical collection for use in Korean integrative oncology. Methods: A pragmatic narrative review applied principles from the Consensus-Based Standards for the Selection of Health Measurement Instruments (COSMIN) framework. A two-path screening process was used to evaluate instruments based on psychometric properties, practicality, and the existence of a validated Korean version. Results: Of 460 candidates, 45 PROMs were identified and categorized into seven core domains: Symptom Burden, Side Effects, Health-Related Quality of Life, Psychological Well-being, Physical Function, Korean Medicine-Related, and Patient Experience. Conclusion: This review provides a foundational collection of validated tools. It serves as essential preliminary data for future Delphi studies to develop a standardized Core Outcome Set (COS) for integrative oncology in Korea.
