This scoping review describes tools and approaches for assessing risk and readiness of health facilities to extreme weather events. The review is focused to health facilities and the broader health system in low and middle income countries. The review findings are expected to be used in Kenya, a low-middle-income country, alongside findings from empirical work to develop a fit-for-context assessment tool.
