ObjectiveTo construct a sensitive indicator system for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery.MethodsThe structure⁃process⁃outcome three⁃dimensional quality model was adopted as the theoretical framework.The sensitive indicator system for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery was developed through literature review,semi⁃structured interviews,and the Delphi expert consultation method.ResultsTwo rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted.The effective questionnaire response rates were 95% and 100%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.889 and 0.886,respectively.In the second round,the coefficients of variation of indicators spanned from 0.048 to 0.237.The Kendall's harmony coefficients spanned from 0.172 to 0.369(P<0.05).The final constructed sensitive indicator system for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery comprised 3 first⁃level indicators,11 second⁃level indicators,and 42 third⁃level indicators.ConclusionsThe constructed sensitive indicator system for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery was scientific and reliable.It could serve as an evaluation tool for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery.
