Full-length agarose gel electrophoresis images of PCR amplicons of khe and hypervirulence-associated genes in Klebsiella pneumoniae
Le résumé fourni par la source
This item contains the full-length (uncropped) agarose gel electrophoresis images of PCR amplicons used for the molecular detection of the khe gene and selected hypervirulence-associated genes in Klebsiella pneumoniae. The gels include a 1500 bp DNA ladder (lane M), negative control reactions, positive control using K. pneumoniae ATCC 13882, and representative clinical isolates phenotypically identified as K. pneumoniae. The analyzed virulence and hypervirulence-associated genes include khe, rmpA, rmpA2, iroN, iucA, wzi, wabG, peg344, and magA.These uncropped gel images are provided to ensure data transparency and to support the findings reported in the associated manuscript.
