Analysis of the climate in the team of professionals at the higher level of primary health care.

Teamwork is an efficient way of structuring, organizing and making use of human skills that enables a more global and collective view of work, reinforces the sharing of tasks and the need for cooperation to achieve common goals. This study aims to validate a multimedia application on a mobile platform to improve interprofessional teamwork in Primary Health Care (PHC). It is a project of applied methodological research and technological production, since the development will include the materialization of an educational application. The production of the application will be structured in the following phases: construction (analysis, design and development), validation (evaluation) and administration. To define the main content of the application, an assessment of the effectiveness of teamwork will be carried out with higher education professionals working in PHC in the municipalities of the 11th Region of Sobral belonging to the Superintendency of the Northern Region of the Health Department of the State of Ceará.
