This dataset contains the raw data from a prospective cohort study conducted to evaluate the Minimal Important Difference (MID) for cataract surgery outcomes in a Ghanaian population. The study compares clinical and patient-reported outcomes between two surgical techniques: Phacoemulsification (PHACO) and Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS).
