Source-level MEG connectivity analysis for swallowing-related interactions

This repository contains MATLAB / FieldTrip scripts for source-level MEG connectivity analysis of swallowing-related cortical interactions. The pipeline includes:- trial definition and preprocessing- LCMV beamforming- ROI-level signal extraction- wPLI functional connectivity- PSI directed connectivity- cluster-based permutation testing- robustness and leakage-control analyses The repository contains the core analysis scripts used for manuscript-level statistical analyses. Visualization and manuscript-assembly scripts are intentionally not included. All institution-specific paths and local directory structures were removed for portability and anonymization. Version 2.0:- corrected bilateral PMd ROI coordinates- recomputed source extraction and downstream connectivity analyses- updated CBPT, laterality, graph-theoretical, and robustness analyses- revised manuscript-aligned outputs and documentation
