QCatch 0.2.14 fixes reading Blosc-compressed H5AD files generated by simpleaf. Install and register hdf5plugin before reading H5AD input. Direct-file and directory input now work without copying plugins into a system directory or setting HDF5_PLUGIN_PATH. Preserve the primary count matrix when sorting layers with AnnData 0.13, including filtered output. Add regression tests for compressed input and output matrix preservation, and document a workaround for the older Bioconda container. Addresses #15. The Bioconda recipe requires its own dependency update; existing 0.2.13 container images are unchanged.
