Review Question What are the clinicopathological features, management strategies, and treatment outcomes of prostate cancer in West and Central Africa? Objectives • To describe clinicopathological characteristics (age, PSA, Gleason score, stage, histology). • To evaluate management approaches (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, palliative care). • To assess treatment outcomes (survival, recurrence, complications, mortality, quality of life). • To identify gaps in research and healthcare delivery in prostate cancer management in West and Central Africa. Outcomes • Clinicopathological features: age, PSA, Gleason score, stage, histology. • Management: type of treatment received. • Treatment outcomes: survival, recurrence, complications, mortality, quality of life.
