Effect of Wrapper Teaching Method on Academic Achievement in Science at Upper Primary Level

This research work was an attempt to study the effect of the wrapper teaching method on academicachievement in science students at the upper primary level. The population of the research work is defined as all7th-grade students of the upper primary school of Bulandshahr. Experimental research method was used. Thesample was selected through a random sampling technique (lottery method) following cluster technique. Theresearcher selected two schools. Both schools were from rural area of District Bulandshahr. Thus, the researcherhas taken all VII class students as sample. One group of VII class was considered as experimental group and fromother school as control group. Wrapper technique as teaching method was used on experimental group andtraditional method was applied on control group. The results showed that the wrapper teaching method had aneffect on academic achievement in science students at the upper primary level.
