The simulation findings clearly demonstrate the impact of environmental factors on the haematopoietic system. Specifically, under the conditions defined in Scenario 3 (high vitamin D levels, adequate nutrition, and regular exercise), both WBC and ANC production are observed to be activated earlier and reach higher levels. In contrast, in the suppressive environment created in Scenario 4 by solely increasing the 6-MP dose, haematopoietic production is both delayed and remains at a more limited level (Figure 4).
