This is a template for project partners to fill out periodically throughout a project to first monitor and track stakeholder engagement and co-creation activities. In the IMPETUS project, project partners managing demo-sites were asked to fill out and prepare activity planning documents, as well as activity and/or meeting reports, which would then be hyperlinked in the appropriate columns. IMPETUS also worked with the Quintuple Helix stakeholder categories, but any stakeholder categories could be used, depending on the project and ensuring a balance.
