Built-Up Area Extraction in Semi-Arid Regions Using Sentinel-2A Imagery

This dataset contains the maps and result tables currently under review, which focus on built-up area extraction using Sentinel-2A imagery. The dataset includes classified maps generated from spectral index combinations and PCA-based approaches, as well as tables summarizing accuracy assessment results, correlation analysis among selected indices, and basic statistical metrics. The data were produced for a semi-arid study area and are intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and further comparison of urban extraction methods based on multispectral remote sensing data.
