Le résumé fourni par la source

Nanotechnology has led to the development of nanopesticides and fungicides, exciting possibilities for overcoming current agricultural hurdles. Nanoparticle-based products are being developed to increase agricultural productivity, efficiency, and sustainability through pest and disease management. The present chapter covers the properties of nanopesticides and fungicides and the theoretical aspects of nanotechnology. It covers different kinds of nanopesticides and fungicides, including their mechanisms of action at the molecular level. The potential barriers and limitations to commercializing nanopesticides and fungicides are also discussed in this chapter, including non-safety issues, environmental concerns, and regulation issues. This chapter describes various field-based applications and case studies and discusses the potential benefits and practical applications of nanoformulations in agriculture. Finally, we describe the state-of-the-art technologies, existing challenges, and future research directions in this frontier domain. We intend to increase awareness of the potential agricultural revolution and sustainable crop cultivation by introducing nanopesticides and fungicides. The chapter ends by acknowledging the need for further research and development to optimize the full potential of these emerging next-generation agricultural formulations.
